On Friday, we conducted a taste test of three different types of apples: Cortland's, Golden Delicious, and Granny Smith. Before the taste test, the children predicted what apple they thought they would like more. Then, the children tasted the three different apples and decided which apple was their favorite. Then, we created a class graph showing which apple each individual liked the most. Then, we analyzed our data and noticed that more children liked the Cortland apples than the other two apples. We also noticed that there was an equal amount who liked the golden delicious and the granny smith apples. After, we transferred our data to paper. When your child brings their graph home this week, they can share the results with you.
