Stone Soup and Why is this caterpillar curled up?

During lunch today, the children enjoyed some yummy stone soup.  While the children ate, they were invited to watch how apple cider was made using a cider press.  Ask your child if they tried the stone soup.

When we were out for Forest Friday a few weeks ago, some friends found a woolly bear.  I snapped a picture of it and used it as an inquiry task this week during our science time.  The children made observations about the picture, drew a scientific drawing in their notebook and then posted on Seesaw why they thought the caterpillar was curled up.  Visit your child's Seesaw account to hear what they had to say.
