Community Peace Project

Last week the children were led by the three Debs (3 special guests) for a fun and engaging painting experience! These ladies organized a Community Peace Project through the Dorothy Alling Library and they joined all the kindergarten classrooms so that we could participate in this project.

The book I Am Peace was used for inspiration.  After the book was read to the children, the children shared what peace meant to them.  Next, they went to the tables to draw their peace pictures.  Please visit your child's Seesaw account to view what peace means to them.
