Today, all the children helped make applesauce. Each one of them helped prepare the apples by cutting them into smaller pieces using a plastic knife. This afternoon we enjoyed tasting our applesauce, which was very sweet and a little juicy! Ask your child if he or she tasted the applesauce and if they liked it or not.
Last week we shared what we knew about apples and we decided we knew a lot about apples! We will continue to learn about apples and apple trees this week.
