Today we learned that every one's plants have started to sprout! We noticed some plants were much taller than others and everyone had more than 1 plant in their cup.
The children completed another page in the flower observation journal. Today, they had to measure how tall their plant was. Ask your child to see how tall their plant was.
Then, they made observations about their plant and drew what they saw in their journal. After, they labeled their drawing. The next step was writing a "I noticed" statement, which they all did a terrific job with. Finally, they were able to water their plant using a spray bottle...the part they were most excited about!
