National Walk at Lunch Day

 Today was National Walk at Lunch Day where we were encouraged to walk during lunch or any time throughout the day.  Despite a little rain, we walked (ran) on the bike path until we got to the bridge and then walked back.  The children had a great time running/walking with friends and being able to get a much needed movement break in after being in for recess.  As part of the children's participation, the received a pair of sunglasses, a coloring book, and a sticker.
