Some St. Patty's Day Fun

The children quickly figured out that a Leprechaun came into the classroom and sprinkled gold glitter around the room.  He also switched some table spots around and put a chair on top of the kitchen.  The boys began building with blocks this morning and soon realized there was a basket of green items from our classroom that the Leprechaun took and hid.  He was pretty sneaky, but unfortunately, we never found the Leprechaun.

We completed an art project and a writing activity as well.  The children had to share what they would do if they caught a Leprechaun.

I would put him in a cage and throw him into space. 

I would cuddle with it in bed. 

And of course we all dressed in GREEN!!!
