We had fun celebrating the 100th day of kindergarten yesterday. Grandma Read visited the classroom and it seemed some of the children might have aged for a day. We had fun counting to 100 by 1's and by 10's. We completed a writing activity that had the children sharing what they wished they had 100 of. During our math block, the children rotated through the following stations:
- Race to 100
- Building the Number 100 with Pattern Blocks
- Art activity with the number 100
- Counting 100 Stickers
- 100th Day Punch Out (2 activities working on fine motor using hole punchers!)
- What can you do with 100 cups?
