Meet Ms. Paige

​Hello! My name is Paige, and I am a senior at the University of Vermont. This will be my last semester before receiving my BA in Early Childhood Education, and I am so excited to be spending it with the kindergartners and teachers here, at Allen Brooke Elementary! 

My journey to become a early childhood educator began in the spring of 2016, when I started a job at a five STAR, play based childcare center, LLA. After falling in love with the curious minds of the children I worked with, I continued to gain of my experience with young children through my work at LLA, while also learning the pedagogical aspects of teaching through UVM.  

In addition to my focus on my education and my love for children, I spend my free time bringing my certified therapy dog, Carla, to LLA, to local nursing homes, and to UVM during exam weeks. As an animal lover, I take any chance I get to involve Carla in my life, and the lives of others! 

I look forward to and I am so appreciative of this opportunity to learn from the Allen Brooke staff, and the minds of this years kindergartners!
