Exploring Our Outdoor Classrom

Today, was Forest Mondays in our classroom.  That means, we spent our afternoon exploring nature outside.  At our closing circle, the children shared what they wanted to share with  their families about our outdoor time.  Below is a list of what they came up with.

  • Claw Stick
  • Climbing Branches and Trees
  • Yellow Caterpillar
  • Bug Habitat
  • Saw lots and lots of sticks!
  • Lots of dirt, butterflies, and flowers
  • Yellowish and blackish butterfly
  • Leaves changing colors
  • I liked building the fort.
