After our celebration of Arbor Day, the entire school took part in Green-Up day. The children had a blast and motivated to finding trash (and some nature items) around the school.

Arbor Day and Green-Up Day at ABS
Today we celebrated Arbor Day and Green-Up Day. We first gathered on the hill, near the playground. We watched as our gardener, Andrew, and some friends from Synergy House, planted a Maple Blaze tree. We also sang a few songs, including The Seasons of an Apple Tree and This Land is Your Land, which was led by Mr. Bolger.
