Yesterday, the children had the opportunity to vote for president, governor, and lieutenant governor. It was a very exciting time as the children got to choose who they wanted to vote for.
During the process, they had to tell Mrs. Blaine their name, received their ballot, and then went to a booth to vote. After, they placed their ballot in a box and received an I Voted! sticker.
The results were in by the end of the day.
We found out that the majority of the votes went to Barack Obama, Peter Shumlin,
and Cassandra Gekas.
